Lisa Broderick is an experienced executive and entrepreneur. Throughout her 30-year career, she has been at the helm of more than 20 small and mid-cap companies, driving their growth and development across SaaS, Fintech, Professional Services, Mobility, and Consumer Products Sectors. Her experience as both a Tech Executive and an Economist enabled Lisa to excel in delivering results. She has a competency in transitioning companies from one stage to the next, through a comprehensive skill set that includes strategic thinking, operational excellence, people leadership, and idea monetization. Lisa approaches all of her work with a positive attitude and a teamwork mentality.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Conversus Group LLC, a 20-year-old management consulting firm and through other independent consulting projects, Lisa has been tapped by some of the world’s largest and most well-recognized companies, including GE Capital and News Corporation. Lisa has served in C-suite roles including CEO, CFO and COO for early-stage firms in the technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, consumer, and service businesses.
Her business impact extends through serving on more than 10 Executive and Advisory boards, for both profit and nonprofit organizations. Start-up Police2Peace, is her recent start-up which is a national nonprofit organization with a mission to bridge the gap between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve. By implementing positive changes in policing practices, Lisa is dedicated to advancing public safety in America.
Lisa is an avid traveler and enjoys exploring nature through invigorating hikes. Her thirst for knowledge and curiosity for learning is insatiable. She loves reading captivating books, articles on science breakthroughs and quantum computing. She has published a book about quantum mechanics and time. She also enjoys cooking meals for family and friends.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University and her MBA in Global Finance and Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
