Grace O’Hara serves as the Chief of Staff at 100 Coaches Agency, a relationship-first organization that draws on its community of premier leadership thinkers and executive coaches to provide curated coaching and other leadership development solutions. In her role, she acts as both an ambassador and translator to ensure the company’s vision is communicated with clarity and zeal while seeking to establish long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships across all realms of the community – staff, coaches, clients, and beyond. With a keen eye for detail and a talent for cross-functional collaboration, Grace ensures seamless operations across the agency's diverse coaching portfolio.
Prior to joining the team in February of 2024, Grace wore many hats in the field of non-profit management specifically for Seed Effect, a Christ-centered, savings-led microfinance nonprofit that serves South Sudanese nationals both at home and in the refugee settlements in northern Uganda alongside the Ugandan host community. Grace served here for six years after completing a two and a half year research project, culminating in an 88-page thesis following the question "Can micro-savings help families in a hyperinflationary environment? Field research in South Sudan."
She graduated summa cum laude with an honors degree in international business and minor in human service studies from Elon University. Grace's passions outside of her career mirror that of her role at the Agency - ultimately reflecting her deep-seated desire to inspire lasting change and instill human flourishing. Her hobbies include anything active in fresh air, but especially hiking; exploring new places near and far through the people, customs, food, and art that comprise the place; writing on her Remington Rand vintage typewriter; and doing anything and nothing with her beloved family and friends.
