Claire is the author of 9 books that have been translated into 12 languages, including One Minute Mentoring (with her mentor, legendary management guru Ken Blanchard), Social Media Success for Every Brand, and Twitter for Good. Her next book, co-authored with Marshall Goldsmith, Scott Osman, and Jacquelyn Lane, releases in 2025.

As a venture capitalist, she was the partner at a seed fund, an advisor to Antler, and a Kauffman Fellow. She remains a venture capital scout for Kleiner Perkins.
Claire holds an MBA and other degrees from Stanford and Oxford, and was the co-founder of Hope Runs, a non-profit organization operating in Kenya from 2006 to 2019.
