Rebecca Zucker — Founding Partner, Next Step Partners

Rebecca Zucker is an executive coach and founding Partner of Next Step Partners, a global leadership development firm. She brings 20 years of coaching experience, an adult development lens, and solid business acumen to her work.

As an expert in leadership development, Rebecca coaches senior leaders across the globe, including C-level executives, helping them to identify internal barriers so they can rise above the challenges they face to achieve new levels of performance. Rebecca’s clients have included Amazon, Bain & Company, BNP Paribas, Clorox, DocuSign, Dropbox, eBay, Expedia, First Republic Bank, Genentech, Google, The James Irvine Foundation, Morrison Foerster, Nielsen, Norwest Venture Partners, Russell Reynolds, The Packard Foundation and Stanford’s Distinguished Careers Institute, among other organizations.

She is a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review and Forbes.com and is frequently quoted in the press on career and leadership issues. She authored The Career Handbook for Working Professionals used by top business schools across the country, including MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, Stanford Business School and Wharton, used with their alumni and Executive Programs.

Rebecca graduated as valedictorian from the Leonard N. Stern School of business at NYU and later received her MBA from Stanford. She then worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs in New York and held leadership positions at Disney EMEA in Paris and at Robertson Stephens. She received her coaching training and certification from the Coaches Training Institute and from Minds at Work. She currently serves as an advisor to a startup in stealth mode.
