Mike has worked across corporate and consulting organizations and has particular expertise in the investment space, having worked globally for BAML, Russell Investments, ADIA, ADQ, and Lunate. Since 2012, he has lived in the UAE, providing a rare perspective on what it takes for leaders to be successful in the region. Mike's career is marked by significant achievements, including leading the integration and build of Lunate, a $105b Alternative Asset Manager, delivering a $3b growth plan for European Equities at Merrill Lynch, restructuring Equities and Fixed Income at a global sovereign wealth fund, and relocating Russell Investments’ Seattle Headquarters.
