He executed $10 billion in M&A transactions, managed over $3 billion in private investments, and spent nearly a decade as an investment professional for multi-billion-dollar funds. Throughout his finance career, Justin actively mentored colleagues on topics spanning analytical best practices to overcoming psychological barriers to risk-taking. Inspired by his informal coaching experiences, he transitioned into a full-time coaching role.
