What Jeff's client's say about his work:
Sounding Board for HR, Strategy & Investment: "When you start a business you remember who shows up. Jeff Flug showed up for us in the most meaningful way. He was insightful on our direction, tangible in referrals and an ongoing sounding board for HR, strategy and investment. His style is talking with, not at, and somehow makes you feel like it was your idea even when it was his. My partner and I (and all our employees who don't even know it) are grateful for all his guidance." - Russell Diamond, Founder CEO of Alcova Capital
Strategic, Insightful, Emotionally Intelligent: "Jeff is remarkably gifted and eminently qualified as an executive coach. He is strategic, insightful, emotionally intelligent, caring – and always clear and direct with his feedback. People leave their conversations with Jeff having learned something new, and motivated to reach further and higher. Even when his feedback may be tough, part of the magic is that those fortunate enough to be on the receiving end know that Jeff is on their side. With a variety of remarkable experiences leading dynamic teams in financial institutions, consumer business, and importantly, in the boardroom, Jeff has seen it all. It's a gift that Jeff is willing to share his leadership lessons for the benefit of those fortunate enough to receive them." - Danny Meyer, Founder and Executive Chairman, Union Square Hospitality Group
